Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which cookies we use on our website, and how you can manage them.

What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners. Cookies do not usually contain any information that personally identifies you.
Your Cookie Choice
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. No analytics cookies are set until you choose “Accept”. If you choose “Decline”, only essential cookies are used. We remember your choice for 12 months, after which the banner may appear again so you can review your preference.
Essential Cookies
These are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off. The only item we store in this category is a small entry in your browser (in local storage) that records your cookie choice itself — so that we can respect your preference and avoid showing the consent banner on every page. It contains only your “accept” or “decline” choice and the date it was made, and no personal information.
Analytics Cookies
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our website. Clarity is only loaded after you click “Accept” — if you decline, or have not yet made a choice, it is never loaded and sets no cookies. When enabled, Clarity collects anonymised usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings, which help us improve the site. Microsoft Clarity does not collect any personally identifiable information.
In addition, embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies when they load on our pages.
Changing Your Mind
You can change your decision at any time by clearing the cookies and site data for this website in your browser. This removes the stored record of your choice, and the consent banner will appear again on your next visit so you can accept or decline afresh.
More generally, you can control and manage cookies in your web browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, usually under “Privacy” or “Cookies” in the settings or preferences menu. Guidance is available for all major browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari and Mozilla Firefox, within their respective help sections. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect how the website functions.
